$200 Million Development of Tao Luxury Condominium in Sunrise

Representation of Weitzer/Kislak Sawgrass in structuring a joint venture to raise equity for a luxury condominium project, Tao, in Sunrise, Florida. We assisted in obtaining a $126 million construction loan and a $20 million mezzanine loan for the property's development, and handled construction-related issues to keep the project on track. The $200 million project included two 26-story condominium towers with 395 units, a sandy beach lake, a tennis court, a putting green, and a lagoon-style pool.
