Officers and Directors of Florida Career Colleges
Representation of former officers and directors of Florida Career Colleges ("FCC") in defense of charges brought by a trustee in bankruptcy which is representing the creditors of the failed college. FCC owned and operated 41 for-profit schools in 14 states and, as such, was one of the largest operators of for-profit colleges in the country. The lawsuit, seeking $150 million, alleges mismanagement on the part of the officers and directors.
