Defense of a major international manufacturer of high-rise fire sprinkler system components in a $55 million products liability lawsuit.  The plaintiff, a condominium association, alleged that the manufacturer's product was incompatible with other component parts of the condominium's fire sprinkler system. The matter settled just weeks before a jury trial on very favorable terms for the client.
