Representation of an affordable housing developer in negotiating the purchase of seven acres of city-owned land in Tampa, Florida for its subsequent development into a 175-unit mixed-income housing community. Successfully counseled client throughout the RFP process, which included the negotiation of a development and disposition agreement that was unanimously awarded by City of Tampa, in addition to advising on financing provisions related to the transaction.
