Florida-based Real Estate Developer
Representation a Florida-based real estate developer in connection with the preparation of an unsolicited proposal and negotiation of project documents for the redevelopment of an underutilized surface parking lot at Miami-Dade County’s South Dade Government Center. The $150 million project includes 700 workforce housing units, 30% of which will be set aside for County employees, and new privately-financed public buildings and infrastructure, including a public park, a public daycare facility, and a new County office building. Negotiated ground lease and project development agreements for both the workforce housing and the public improvements.
