$70 Million Public-Private Partnership Transportation Development in Miami

Representation of developer in successfully securing a $70 million public-private partnership project with Miami-Dade County for rights to develop a mixed-use project for a Metrorail transit corridor located in Overtown. The project includes office towers and ground level retail, and involves complex leasehold condominium structures and complex easements to support the existing transit use. We represented the winning respondents to the RFPs for two such projects.
