Contract Procurement for Four Freestanding Stadium Parking Garages
Local Construction Company
Lead counsel for a local construction company in submitting its proposal to serve as construction manager at risk for stadium site parking at the new Miami Marlins stadium. We handled the Request for Proposals process and led all public presentations. The project included four free standing mixed-use parking garages, six paved & lighted surface lots with 950 spaces, and 6,000 total parking spaces, 60,000 square feet of retail space within the garages, as well as future development areas.
