Representation of national homebuilder in class action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida which involved a putative class of thousands of home purchasers asserting securities fraud, ILSA and FDUPTA violations, breach of contract, and other claims in excess of $100 million. Our team successfully raised serious questions regarding the suitability of the action for class certification, leading to a Court approved settlement for a small fraction of the plaintiffs' original claims.
