Our resolution of the 25 separate suits allowed the client to move forward with the $200 million in renovations to the property, which will include a mixed-use project consisting of 417 hotel rooms, 163 condo units, retail space, food and beverage venues, swimming pools, spa, fitness center, and private beach.
