We negotiated and closed a $25 million acquisition and pre-development loan from Marshall Investments, and an additional $7 million mezzanine loan from Hudson Debt Fund I. The Jockey Club contains three existing condo towers (not included in the acquisition), a marina, an adjacent tract of land, and other common areas.
