Assisted client in reviewing and commenting on solicitation documents, preparing a proposal, and addressing regulatory compliance issues throughout the procurement process. The proposed development includes 279 affordable and workforce housing units and 99 elderly units, plus a surface parking lot, public art plaza, public art installations, and 13,000 square feet of retail space.
