Transactional and local counsel to a consortium led by Meridiam and EllisDon in their bid to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a new civil and probate courthouse in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project consists of a 600,000 square foot facility and will be delivered under an availability-based P3 model.
