Representation of Centrust Bank as P3 counsel in the $160 million development of the Centrust Tower, now known as the City National Bank Tower, and the underlying City of Miami parking garage. Handled negotiation of air rights lease with the City of Miami, development agreement, as well as construction, permanent, and public financing.
