Representation of All Aboard Florida in a dispute arising from the nonpayment and termination of the concrete and masonry subcontractor for the 3 Miami Central tower construction project, a mixed-use, high-rise office and retail tower near the downtown Miami train station in Miami, Florida. Represented client in the litigation brought by the subcontractor and also guided the company through negotiations with the surety during its takeover of the project following default and dissolution of the original general contractor.
