Representation of buyer in acquisition of one of the largest suburban hotels in Miami, Florida. The sale was accomplished through a combination of stay relief in a chapter 7 case, completion of a foreclosure sale, and the subsequent acquisition from the foreclosing lender. Post-acquisition, the buyer closed and demolished the hotel.
