Enza G. Boderone
Enza handles complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis within the banking, real estate, insurance, and entertainment industries. She has litigated high stakes cases across several jurisdictions around the country with precedent-setting victories. Her understanding of the intricate legal parameters governing these industries makes her a valuable advocate.
As a bilingual litigator, Enza is also able to handle every phase of litigation in Spanish.
My daughter is a musician and I serve as her manager and legal counsel. I have found the challenges and legal issues within the entertainment industry to be quite interesting. I now counsel clients on copyright protection and enforcement issues, and negotiate and draft music contracts, including recording, management, and producer agreements.
I believe my clients in the entertainment industry also appreciate my litigation background. They trust my ability to draft legal documents with an understanding of how best to avoid potential legal disputes.
