Representation of prominent Miami developer in $21 million acquisition and financing of 1.1-acre parcel in Miami's financial district, the future location of Brickell Flatiron. Brickell Flatiron will include 552 residential units and 40,000 square feet of retail development, including restaurant, lounge and shop space. We assisted the developer with land use and zoning due diligence, including modifications to the existing code, and negotiations of relevant joint venture agreements.
