We represent developers in a full range of services from project concept to finished product, including government procurement, lobbying, environmental due diligence, land use and zoning, tax credit equity and tax-exempt bond closings, and construction. Our team has vast experience with complex real estate financing, including transactions financed with low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, grants, and loans issued by federal, state, and local governmental authorities.
