Held since 2018, Bilzin Sumberg’s Development Conference has served as the premier venue for exploring emerging development trends and the latest changes in the South Florida real estate market. The forum brings together real estate developers, investors, lenders, and other practitioners from the South Florida real estate development community to exchange knowledge and gain insights into the most salient economic, business, and legal issues impacting the real estate sector in the region.
