P3 arrangements are long-term and therefore it is imperative to work with counsel that have a high degree of experience, knowledge, and business acumen to assist clients in achieving optimal results and objectives.

Bilzin Sumberg's attorneys have been instrumental in some of Florida’s largest and most innovative public infrastructure projects, including the $5 billion ocean outfall contract with Miami-Dade County and the $2.4 billion high-speed rail from Miami to Orlando.
